Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a procurement assistant I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
