Daily structure while out of work (update)

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
