Daily structure while out of work, teaching assistant here

Since my layoff as a teaching assistant I have no real structure. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
