Daily structure while out of work, teaching assistant here

Since my layoff as a teaching assistant I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
