Daily structure while out of work, social media manager here

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
