Daily structure while out of work, sales associate here

Since my layoff as a sales associate I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
