Daily structure while out of work (Raleigh)

Since my layoff as a delivery driver I have no real structure. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
