Daily structure while out of work, quality inspector here

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
