Daily structure while out of work, pharmacy technician here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been a long 19 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
