Daily structure while out of work (Omaha)

Since my layoff as a sales associate I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
