Daily structure while out of work, nurse's aide here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
