Daily structure while out of work, marketing coordinator here

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
