Daily structure while out of work (Hartford)

Since my layoff as a customer-service rep I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
