Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

Since my layoff as an accountant I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
