Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
