Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

Since my layoff as a procurement assistant I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
