Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
