Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
