Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
