Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

Since my layoff as a paralegal I have no real structure. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
