Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
