Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

Since my layoff as a delivery driver I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
