Daily structure while out of work - first time posting

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
