Daily structure while out of work, event coordinator here

Since my layoff as an event coordinator I have no real structure. I worked as an event coordinator before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
