Daily structure while out of work, dental hygienist here

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
