Daily structure while out of work, dental hygienist here

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
