Daily structure while out of work

Since my layoff as an accountant I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
