Daily structure while out of work

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
