Daily structure while out of work, call-centre agent here

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
