Daily structure while out of work, call-centre agent here

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
