Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. It has been a long 8 weeks. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
