Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

Since my layoff as a warehouse supervisor I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
