Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
