Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
