Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

I have been out of work for 13 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
