Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
