Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

Since my layoff as an accounts payable clerk I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
