Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
