Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

Since my layoff as a sales associate I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
