Daily structure while out of work - any advice?

Since my layoff as a project coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
