Daily structure while out of work after 9 years as a social media manager

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a social media manager before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
