Daily structure while out of work after 9 years as a quality inspector

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
