Daily structure while out of work after 9 years as a logistics coordinator

Since my layoff as a logistics coordinator I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
