Daily structure while out of work after 9 years as a janitorial supervisor

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
