Daily structure while out of work after 9 years as a call-centre agent

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
