Daily structure while out of work after 8 years as a teaching assistant

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
