Daily structure while out of work after 7 years as a forklift operator

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
