Daily structure while out of work after 6 years as a dental hygienist

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
