Daily structure while out of work after 5 years as an insurance claims processor

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
