Daily structure while out of work after 5 years as an administrative assistant

Since my layoff as an administrative assistant I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
